Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop, debug and maintain test programs for its DRAM portfolio, from NPI through high-volume manufacturing. You will write tests in C++ and Python, analyze test data, and collaborate with Design, Fab, Manufacturing and Quality teams to optimize yield and ensure product quality.

A degree in EE/CS and strong analytic skills are required.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Basic R/L/C circuit knowledge.
Digital systems and logic gate representation.
Understanding CMOS transistor operation.
Basic statistics and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop, debug and support test programs from new product introduction through high volume manufacturing.
Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python.
Contribute input to next generation design-for-test capabilities.
Analyze device and test-flow data to inform test coverage decisions.
Balance test time objectives with yield and quality targets.
Collaborate with Design, Fab, Manufacturing, Quality, Systems Integration and Equipment teams to deliver appropriate test solutions.
