RTX is seeking a Production Test Engineer to join a Tucson-based manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot hardware, support test processes, and drive improvements in test efficiency and yields.

The role requires a STEM degree and ATF access, with 2+ years of relevant experience and willingness to work 2nd shift on-site. Ideal candidates will have hands-on hardware experience, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to lead root cause investigations while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic troubleshooting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and provides rework instructions for product hardware.
• Maintains test equipment documentation and obsolescence plans.
• Develops BOEs to estimate costs for capacity and upgrades.
• Leads projects to reduce test time and analyze test metrics.
• Performs risk assessments and supports program risk reviews.
