Job summary

RTX is seeking Production Test Engineers in Tucson, AZ, to support the test process across the product life cycle, troubleshoot hardware, and manage test equipment obsolescence. The role requires a DoD Secret-era clearance eligibility and a STEM degree, with 2+ years of related experience.

The position is on-site with a second shift, offering relocation eligibility and a compensation range of 68,900–131,100 USD per year, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic troubleshooting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and provides rework instructions for product hardware.
• Create and maintain spares and test equipment obsolescence plan.
• Develop basis of estimates to grow capacity and obsolescence plans.
• Lead projects to reduce test time and improve test processes using data-driven insights.
• Develop test flows and contribute to capacity analysis.
• Maintain test equipment data packages and documentation.
• Assist in fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of products.
• Lead root cause investigations and document findings.
