Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Test Engineer (PTE) for the Tucson, AZ site to support testing across product life cycle stages from development through production and depot activities. The role focuses on troubleshooting, test data analysis, and improving test processes for efficiency and yield on the 2nd shift.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement test flows and maintain equipment documentation.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic troubleshooting
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and provides accurate rework instructions for the product hardware.
• Creation and maintenance of spares and the test equipment obsolescence plan.
