Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Manager – Product & Technology within the TIG Private Equity team to lead evaluations of product strategy, roadmaps, and technology across deal cycles. Qualifications

• 5–9+ years in Product/PM leadership roles in software/semiconductor sectors.
• Exposure to private equity sponsors or deal integration is a plus.
• Proven track record building/evaluating product roadmaps and aligning engineering spend.

Responsibilities

• Assess product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio alignment with objectives and market opportunities.
• Develop product integration strategies for M&A activity.
• Evaluate product team structures and interaction models for scaling and efficiency.
• Assess KPIs/OKRs and analytics frameworks to measure impact and ROI.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer feedback to validate PMF and identify opportunities.
