The role emphasizes optimizing product and technology for value creation in transactions and post‑deal integrations.

You will partner with senior leadership, drive data‑driven decisions, and shape technology roadmaps while navigating cross‑functional teams and private equity stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience building or evaluating product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
• Ability to align engineering spend with strategic goals.
• Strong cross‑functional teamwork to deliver features on time.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC and DevOps tooling.
• Comfort engaging with senior R&D leadership and PE stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio to align with business goals.
• Develop product integration recommendations for M&A activities.
• Evaluate product team structures and interaction models for scale.
• Analyze KPIs, OKRs, and analytics frameworks for ROI.
• Conduct market analysis and validate product‑market fit.
