Job summary

PCCA is seeking a technically skilled IT support specialist to assist pharmacists and prescribers with PK Software systems. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and integrations while delivering excellent customer service across phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.

The role emphasizes teamwork with onboarding, training, and development groups, plus opportunities to improve product quality through UAT feedback and knowledge base documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent required; 3+ years IT field experience.
• Experience providing phone-based technical support in an IT environment preferred.
• Pharmacy or healthcare software experience preferred; on-site software implementation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, configuration and support for PK Software systems and integrations.
• Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and integration issues promptly.
