Job summary

Think Firefly seeks a skilled Systems Technician to support our office and client locations. You’ll own outcomes, deliver professional service, and work with teams to maximize client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include deploying and configuring systems, troubleshooting Windows environments, and maintaining documentation across networks. Travel to local client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; not mandatory.
• At least 3 years of Systems Technician experience, MSP background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional client support and service across on-site and remote locations.
• Deploy, configure, and manage workstations, servers, hypervisors, VMs, storage per standards.
• Troubleshoot server, workstation, AD, backup, and network issues with a structured process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and document changes; maintain asset inventory.
