Qualifications

• Work Experience: 3 years of experience in Customer Relations or automotive service field.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and AS400.
• Communication Skills: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and communicate effectively.
• Physical Environment: Normal office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Product Support team members.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide first-response technical support to customer issues.
• Answer customer product questions through product knowledge and catalogs.
• Troubleshoot installation of products.
• Ensure issues are addressed, resolved, and documented.
• Actively raise issues and recommend improvements to Engineering and Quality.
• Coordinate communication of product updates and design changes.
• Assist with workload balancing and escalation management.
• Prepare and attend industry trade shows.
