Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Automotive Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with technical questions and troubleshoot product issues. You will communicate product updates and gather feedback to improve the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in automotive customer relations and are proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time on-site role supporting Lippert customers in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer relations in the automotive service field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop technical information and materials.
• Research and develop product information and catalogs.
• Research and develop of competitive catalogs.
• Maintain computer records.
• Communicate with outside vendors and sales representatives.
• Solve customer/vendor issues.
• Answer customer product questions using Lippert product knowledge and catalogs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
