London Computer Systems, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide front-line support for Rent Manager, our property management software. You’ll troubleshoot issues by phone, guide users through workflows, and own cases to resolution.

The role includes a structured training/certification program and a hybrid work schedule. Starting pay is eligible for merit increases and a 5% annual bonus, with benefits and a strong teamwork focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own assigned support cases and follow through to resolution.
• Use internal docs and team support to research issues.
• Document customer interactions in the ticketing system.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain daily productivity in a fast-paced support environment.
