Job summary

London Computer Systems (LCS) in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Product Support team. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through Rent Manager workflows by phone, and participate in a structured training and certification program to grow your product knowledge and career.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and ability to explain software concepts.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in Rent Manager scripting.
• Troubleshoot scripting questions, software functionality, and technical issues for customers.
• Guide users through software workflows and scripting concepts by phone.
• Take ownership of support cases and follow through until resolved.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the ticket-tracking system.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
• Maintain daily productivity in a fast-paced support environment.
