Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, personalised support to Uptick users through in-product messaging and phone channels.
• Triage incoming requests and spot trends to flag to the wider team.
• Exhibit strong communication and adapt approach to different types of customers.
• Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem solving; propose Uptick solutions.
• Identify, reduce, and document bugs for developers.
• Share knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and documentation.
• Fast learner; listen, follow instructions, and ask questions.
• Ask for help when needed and clearly explain technical problems.
