Job summary

T2 Systems in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a Product Support Analyst to act as a technical resource for customers and internal teams. You will diagnose and resolve issues in Flex PE software, configuration, data, and reporting, through phone, email, and remote tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, database management, systems management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems involving software, configuration, data, communications, and application functionality.
• Previous customer-facing technical or product support and case/ticket management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software, configuration, data, and operational issues affecting Flex PE solutions.
• Manage cases within support queues, document troubleshooting steps, and communicate with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Escalate to Engineering or other teams when necessary and contribute to knowledge-base and training materials.
