Job summary

PPC Flex is seeking a Systems Analyst to support ERP systems and related business applications across our manufacturing locations. You will provide user support, training, and reporting, plus maintain clear process documentation to drive consistency and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are analytical, customer-focused, and eager to learn business processes and technology. You will participate in ERP enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives in a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related field.
2–3 years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, ERP support, or related role.
Experience supporting business applications or ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support to ERP system users.
Troubleshoot system issues and assist users in resolving process-related questions.
Deliver training to new users and provide ongoing guidance on established procedures and best practices.
Assist with maintaining user access and security permissions.
Work with ERP vendors and internal IT staff to investigate and resolve system issues.
Support ERP upgrades, testing activities, and system enhancements.
