Pendulum Therapeutics in San Francisco seeks an organized Project Coordinator to join our Product team. You’ll partner with the Program Manager to keep initiatives on track, supporting Supply Chain and cross-functional efforts from supplier onboarding to packaging changes and new product launches.

You’ll draft agendas, maintain files, track deliverables, flag risks, and help run kickoffs and retrospectives. Strong organizational, communication, and spreadsheet skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in operations, supply chain, procurement or related role.
• Comfort with data in spreadsheets (sorting, filtering, formulas, lookups).
• Experience supporting product launches or supplier onboarding.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (such as NetSuite) or PO workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling frameworks (like Gantt charts) and project management tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product, and Marketing.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with the Program Manager to move projects forward and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Support day-to-day coordination and management of Supply Chain and other cross-functional projects, including supplier onboarding, packaging changes and new product launches.
• Draft meeting agendas, capture notes and action items, and distribute follow-ups.
• Monitor daily progress on project deliverables and flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Program Manager.
• Maintain project documentation, keeping files, trackers, and shared folders organized, current, and easy to find.
• Update project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate availability across internal teams and external partners.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product, and Marketing.
• Serve as the main point of contact between team members and the Program Manager.
• Draft and update SOPs and checklists as workflows change.
• Help run project kickoffs and retrospectives, and capture lessons learned.
• Help identify opportunities to improve project processes and templates.
