Job summary

UST in Summit, NJ seeks a Project Coordinator/PM to lead supply chain and New Product Introduction initiatives, delivering results through strong cross-functional leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of PM experience, superb analytical skills, and a track record of managing timelines and milestones across teams. Proficiency in MS Office is required to create reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator/Project Manager role.
• Supply Chain knowledge or New Product experience in Cosmetics / Consumer Products.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience creating and managing project timelines and milestones.
• Leading weekly team meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects/programs within supply chain.
• Adherence to overall project plan and timeline.
• Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts to ensure timelines are met and communicate to stakeholders and team members.
• Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets and process maps as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator; Supply Chain and New Product Introduction to join a World-Renowned Global Consumer Products, Personal Care, Cosmetics corporation.

The Project Objective:

• Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results

We are looking for an individual with the following experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role
• Supply Chain knowledge and experience or New Product experience in the Cosmetic / Consumer Product Industry
• Strong Analytical skills
• Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones
• Leading weekly team meetings
• Communication Skills
• Works very well with cross functional team members
