Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product operations, launch or program management with exposure to care/clinical operations
• Experience running intake or prioritization processes with scoring frameworks (e.g., RICE)
• Deep familiarity with healthcare operations and clinical workflows
• Experience owning launches that change daily operations
• Strong written communication adaptable to different stakeholders
• Comfort with data and using measurements to answer questions
• Proficient with AI tools and building simple automations
• Ability to create enduring systems that others continue using

Responsibilities

• Own intake for feedback from care teams and providers and categorize by impact and risk
• Size and rank requests, and bring evidence-backed prioritization to roadmap planning
• Close the loop with Operations on every request
• Bring operational and clinical workflow insight into specs and design reviews
• Run shadow sessions and workflow walkthroughs for PMs, designers, engineers
• Own release readiness, calendar, checklists, and first-week monitoring
• Partner with Enablement to align training with feature releases
• Build AI-powered workflows for feedback synthesis, release notes, and knowledge base updates
