Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a Product Engineer, Care Delivery to design and build the next generation of operational and AI-powered tools supporting care delivery across clinics. You’ll work at the intersection of care model operations, product management, and data/AI platform teams with frontline users.

You will collaborate with product management on prioritization, workflow discovery, problem definition, and own technical design, implementation, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building customer-facing or operational software applications.
• Background in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Experience building full-stack applications or workflow tooling in modern development environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care teams, operational leaders, and product managers to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, build, and deploy high-quality applications and workflow tooling.
