Job summary

Iterative Health in a hybrid setup (New York City or Boston offices) seeks a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager to identify, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform clinical research operations. You’ll partner closely with operators, engineers, and data scientists to understand workflows and deliver production-ready workflows.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from discovery to adoption—driving measurable outcomes and rapid iteration in healthcare technology. Travel ≤15%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping software products, AI applications, or production systems.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Strong fluency with modern AI development workflows and tooling.
• Experience translating user problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Python.

Responsibilities

• Embed within internal teams to understand workflows and opportunities for automation.
• Translate operational challenges into AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows with modern platforms.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and optimization.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for AI performance against business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and security to ensure reliability and governance.
• Move concepts from PoC to production and scale across units.
• Identify reusable platform capabilities for future AI development.
