Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of software engineering with end-to-end production systems experience.
• Experience building with modern AI tooling and agents/prompting logic.
• Hands-on engineering across the full stack in an early-stage setting.
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate complex workflows into solutions.
• Analytical mindset with metrics, adoption, and impact emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship AI tools, copilots, agents, and automations embedded in daily work.
• Own data layer, integrations, prompts, evaluation, and UI for each tool end-to-end.
• Run evaluations against operational/clinical expectations and debug failures.
• Maintain production tools and write user-friendly documentation.
