Job summary

Habitat Health is hiring its first Data Product Manager to own the data products and infrastructure roadmap. You will bridge Product and Data, aligning with C-suite priorities, and collaborate with the development team to build data products that meet business needs.

You will work across Platform & Integrations and Dashboards/Reporting, supporting growth, clinical, financial, and administrative datasets, with a strong emphasis on delivering end-to-end data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of PM, data/BI, shipping data products end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of healthcare data ontologies and IT.
• Proficiency in SQL for data queries and validation.
• Experience writing clear technical specs (metrics, mapping).
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems before build; prioritize roadmaps.
• Own full delivery cycle: specs, backlog, dashboard sign-off, UAT.
• Hands-on data work: query, validate, review code with SQL/Git.
• Triage requests and balance roadmap with ad hoc needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate requirements writing and documentation.
