Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Product Strategy Intern to help drive strategy for a Contact Center spanning customer service, collections, and loss mitigation.

You will document workflows, analyze performance metrics, and explore how technology can automate manual tasks. The ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 or June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027. Interns must work full-time at our Jacksonville office for the duration.

Formación

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program and advancing to junior year.
• Ability to break down complex operational problems into structured solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategy for a Contact Center including capabilities across customer service, collections, and loss mitigation.
• Document workflows across customer service, collections, and loss mitigation.
• Evaluate mortgage servicing contact center performance metrics to identify efficiency gaps.
• Assess how technology can be leveraged to automate manual tasks.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
