Job summary

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial services and technology. As a Client Delivery Intern, you will support daily workflows, learn from industry leaders, and participate in professional development in our Jacksonville office.

You'll join two scheduling options (May 24, 2027 – Aug 6, 2027) or (June 7, 2027 – Aug 20, 2027) and be expected to work full-time five days per week during the program.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree and advancing to their junior year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Client Delivery team members to understand key deliverables.
• Maintain process documentation and identify potential improvements.
• Monitor data elements to support Client Delivery success.
• Triage internal inquiries about Client Delivery processes with support from the Manager.
• Contribute to projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
