Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. invites students to join the ICE Internship Program, a dynamic opportunity to work on projects that shape our business while gaining practical professional development.

As a Professional Services Intern, you will support implementation consultants delivering mortgage servicing solutions, helping keep projects organized, tested, and documented from kickoff through client handoff, with weekly sessions led by industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as Trello or Azure DevOps is a plus; no prior mortgage experience required

Responsibilities

• Track and review client implementation artifacts, such as questionnaires, configuration guides, and branding files, and flag anything late or incomplete
• Support user acceptance testing readiness by running test scripts, logging issues, and summarizing results
• Take notes at client kickoff meetings, walkthroughs, and working sessions, then send action items to the team
• Maintain configuration workbooks and update process documentation as the team finds gaps
• Learn core mortgage servicing concepts, including loan setup, payments, escrow and customer interactions.

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

Internship Program Schedule

To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:

• Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027

• Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027

Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.

Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
