Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program and advancing to junior year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to client support, case management, and client engagement.
• Interest in improving processes and creating documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support client satisfaction by assisting with client communication and problem resolution.
• Develop product knowledge and share knowledge with internal teams and customers by contributing to training resources and best practices.
• Document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
