• Experience in software product management or related role.

• Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable product plans.

• Willingness to travel as required to support customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Take ownership of product capabilities and initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to manage backlogs and define requirements.
• Work with sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand challenges and gather feedback to inform product direction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and technology providers.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with positioning and demonstrations.
• Represent i2 at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Use data to evaluate product performance and guide future investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
