• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Take ownership of product capabilities from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to manage backlogs and define requirements.
• Work with software, sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support to deliver outcomes.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders.
• Support launches and go-to-market activities with positioning and demos.
• Represent i2 at industry events and customer meetings.
• Use data and insights to evaluate product performance and guide investments.
