Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Own product capabilities and initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with development and design to manage backlogs and define requirements.
• Work with sales, marketing, Customer Success, and services to deliver product outcomes.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand challenges and gather feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and technology providers.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with positioning and demos.
• Represent i2 at industry events and customer meetings.
• Use data and outcomes to evaluate product performance and guide investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives in a fast-evolving environment.
