Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Take ownership of product capabilities and initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Work with development and design teams to manage backlogs and define requirements.
• Collaborate across software, sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support to deliver outcomes.
• Engage regularly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders as appropriate.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with positioning and demos.
• Represent i2 at industry events, customer meetings, and workshops.
• Use data and insights to evaluate performance and guide future investments.
• Lead through influence to align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
