Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Take ownership of product capabilities and initiatives, leading them from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Work with development and design teams to manage backlogs, define requirements, and prioritize decisions.
• Collaborate across the business with software development, sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand challenges and gather feedback for direction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with positioning, messaging, and demonstrations.
• Represent i2 at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Use data and insights to evaluate product performance and guide investments.
• Lead through influence across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
