Job summary

You will develop product strategy, prioritize investments, and collaborate with development, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive roadmaps and outcomes while supporting go-to-market activities and stakeholder engagement. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in software product management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development practices.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customers, executives and technical teams.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable product plans.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Own product capabilities from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to manage backlogs and priorities.
• Work with sales, marketing, customer success, services and support to drive outcomes.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback for direction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with partners and technology providers as needed.
• Support product launches with positioning, messaging, and customer-facing demos.
• Represent i2 at industry events and customer meetings.
• Use data and outcomes to guide future investment decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
