Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Take ownership of product capabilities and initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to manage backlogs, define requirements, and prioritize effectively.
• Coordinate with software, sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support to achieve product outcomes.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback for direction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and technology providers as needed.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with positioning and demonstrations.
• Represent i2 at industry events and customer meetings to showcase capabilities.
• Use data and outcomes to evaluate performance and guide future investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence in a fast-paced environment.
