i2 Group, a Harris Computer company, is seeking a Product Manager to shape the evolution of our product portfolio and deliver innovative solutions for customers’ current and emerging mission requirements. You will collaborate across the business to define strategy, prioritize investments, and align development with objectives.

The role emphasizes understanding customer use cases, market trends, and opportunities, while supporting go-to-market activities and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Experience in software product management or related role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers and executives.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Own product capabilities from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with development and design to manage backlogs and define requirements.
• Work with sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities with positioning and demonstrations.
• Represent i2 at industry events, meetings, and workshops.
• Use data and business outcomes to guide future investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
