Job summary
ABB is seeking a Product Specialist Lead to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offering portfolio and ROI. Based onsite in Pinetops, NC, with future hybrid opportunities. You will gather market requirements, develop specifications, and assist in launches, pricing, and profitability.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in a related role, experience with quotes/proposals, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and MRP systems. Travel up to 15% may be required.
Qualifications

- Expertise in product support and customer-facing roles.
- Experience with quotes, proposals, and resolving issues for customers.
- Familiarity with SAP, Excel and MRP systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Supports Product Manager in optimizing the offering portfolio and ROI.
- Transforms market requirements into offering specifications and development activities.
- Supports lifecycle activities including development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability.
- Prepare offering market communication materials and support new launches.
- Follow warranty cases and quality cost drivers for assigned offerings.
