Subaru of South Hills is seeking a Product Specialist to deliver a top-tier customer experience. You will assist sales with scheduling deliveries, ensure showroom models are displayed, and educate customers on features and technologies to boost confidence and retention.

You will personalize each delivery, conduct follow-ups, resolve tech questions, and train staff on key vehicle technologies. A polished, professional demeanor and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18+ required.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to demonstrate vehicle features effectively.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist salespeople with moving vehicle schedule for delivery to and from prep.
• Display all models on showroom floor as directed by Sales Management.
• Provide detailed customer education and delivery on all models.
• Ensure pre-delivery checklist requirements are met.
• Personalize delivery by assessing customer priorities and interests.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies to customers.
• Follow up with customers within 1–2 weeks after delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Train team members on key vehicle technologies and demonstrations.
• Assist the Sales Department in vehicle tracking.
