Job summary

Baierl Subaru is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. You will greet customers and guide them through protection packages while coordinating financing with lenders to secure the best options.

The role requires precise handling of ADP and bank systems, accurate paperwork, and strong communication with clients and staff. We offer a competitive compensation range and a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support you and your family.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers choose protection packages and present product benefits.
• Ensure financing for customers by partnering with lenders and submitting deals electronically.
• Enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems.
• Process all transaction paperwork in compliance with DMV and lender requirements.
• Track deal receivables and follow up for timely funding.
