Responsibilities

• Assist sales staff with vehicle delivery scheduling to prep.
• Ensure all models are showcased on showroom floor as directed.
• Provide detailed customer education and delivery on models.
• Verify pre-delivery checklist completed for each vehicle.
• Personalize delivery by assessing customer needs and priorities.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate tech to customers.
• Follow up 1–2 weeks post-delivery to answer questions or schedule a second delivery.
