Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or related roles and a strong aptitude for learning technical product information. Training is provided and growth potential exists within the team.

Mansioni

• Help customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Enter and process customer orders using an ERP/order management system.
• Learn the company’s products and how components work together.
• Help customers identify products based on their needs.
• Research products using vendor websites, catalogs, specifications, and equipment information.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on customer orders.
• Track orders and shipments and communicate updates.
• Process returns and help resolve customer issues.
