Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Call Center experience.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Accurately enter and process orders using an ERP system.
• Assist customers with product information and technical support (training provided).
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle returns, shipment tracking, and problem resolution professionally.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Support walk-in customers with their order needs.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and customer satisfaction goals.
