Job summary

RTIC Outdoors is seeking an organized, dependable team member for an entry-level role to manage product samples, track inventory, and support cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Creative, and Sales.

You will organize, ship, and receive samples, keep spaces tidy, assist with testing and photoshoots, and help with miscellaneous administrative tasks. Occasional travel may be required; competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and maintain product samples and inventory.
• Prepare, pack, ship, and receive product samples for internal teams and external partners.
• Keep sample storage areas, workspaces, and showrooms organized and stocked.
• Assist with product testing, photoshoots, meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
• Support Product Development and other teams with sample requests and basic administrative tasks.
• Help maintain accurate records and inventory of samples.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
