Job summary

RTIC Outdoors LLC is seeking an entry-level Sample Coordinator to help organize and manage product samples and inventory. You will support multiple teams across Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Creative, and Sales, ensuring samples are tracked, stored, and shipped efficiently.

You will assist with testing, photoshoots, meetings, and trade shows, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities.
• Able to coordinate multiple teams and manage timelines.
• Willing to learn and support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and maintain product samples and inventory
• Prepare, pack, ship, and receive product samples for internal teams and external partners
• Keep sample storage areas, workspaces, and showrooms organized and stocked
• Assist with product testing, photoshoots, meetings, trade shows, and special projects
• Support Product Development and other teams with sample requests and basic administrative tasks
• Help maintain accurate records and inventory of samples
• Perform other duties as assigned
