Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Sample Room Coordinator to manage the daily function of the sample department, coordinating products, resources, and shipments for internal teams and external customers, including Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, R&D, Quality, and Customer Service.

This role supports operations such as order fulfillment, inventory management, SAP transactions, packaging and labeling, and the preparation of sample kits and trade-show materials, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years work in marketing or similar role.
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sample products for trials and evaluations.
• Process sample orders promptly through coordination and follow-up.
• Manage stock levels and inventory for sample products.
• Prepare packaging, labeling, and documentation for shipments.
• Support Marketing Services with tradeshow materials and events.
• Maintain accurate records of items in and out of the department.
• Ensure quality checks on incoming products.
