Atrium Staffing is assisting a leading national retail client in finding a detail-oriented Sample Assistant to support Merchandising and Product teams. The role involves handling physical product samples, organizing records, photographing items, and coordinating with vendors to meet sample needs.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced office, and possess 1+ years of related experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of related work experience, preferably in retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced office.
• Comfortable handling physical product samples and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming samples and communicate needs and deadlines to vendors.
• Receive, unpack, organize, and label physical product samples.
• Maintain accurate sample records and update locations.
• Photograph samples and upload images to digital records.
• Coordinate sample reviews with Merchandising and Product teams.
• Record sample feedback and approval decisions.
• Communicate feedback to vendors.
• Manage sample storage and respond to sample requests.
• Assist with organizing and disposing/donating approved samples.
