US Foods, Inc. is a leading foodservice distributor seeking a detail-oriented professional to support division sales by resolving questions from TM, DSM, and major accounts.

You will interact with internal teams and vendors to communicate important information and ensure timely responses. The role demands proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset, with up-to-date knowledge of product availability and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent distribution/food service supply chain experience.
• Minimum 2 years in purchasing, merchandising, sales or customer service; preferably in foodservice distribution.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central point of contact for internal sales inquiries related to product, availability, scheduling, and substitutions.
• Resolve customer and internal questions promptly by phone, email, or text, escalating when needed.
• Become subject matter expert in US Foods systems and tools (PRISM, SmartDock, PIM/EPS) to answer inquiries quickly.
• Execute sample policy to obtain samples for customers and Territory Managers.
• Maintain knowledge of product availability, delivery schedules, broker contacts, and product information.
