Qualifications

• Experience evaluating complex risks and translating findings into clear recommendations.

• Experience creating or improving risk governance, controls and decision mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with emerging product teams to build relationships across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity and regional teams.
• Engage early in product roadmaps to address material risks before options narrow.
• Lead product risk reviews for new products, pilots and market launches with clear mitigations.
• Document risks, mitigations, owners and post-launch monitoring expectations.
• Maintain forward-looking risk portfolio, indicators and remediation tracking.
