Job summary

Visa seeks a Sr. Product Manager in Risk & Security (RAS) to shape risk strategy for Agentic Commerce.

You will collaborate with Agentic Commerce, Product, Technology, Data Science, and Market teams to define risk posture, narratives, and solution directions that enable safe adoption and scale of agent-driven commerce. This role requires deep knowledge of fraud patterns, digital identity, and AI-enabled risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• 9+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 7+ relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+ years of experience with a PhD.
• Experience in roles such as product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operations.
• Experience in applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.
• Experience in developing software capabilities to support sales, service, or customer relationship management functions.
• Experience in multi-tasking, organizing, managing, and implementing complex projects directly or through supervision.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with systems, marketing, and sales teams.
• Experience in identifying points of failure and formulating error-handling approaches for product resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAS product strategy for Agentic Commerce and drive roadmaps across fraud, identity, authentication, disputes, and data/AI teams.
• Synthesize trends in AI agents, digital identity, and fraud to inform risk posture and solution direction.
• Translate strategy into tangible product artifacts and launch decisions from discovery to go/no-go.
• Develop clear product narratives and align stakeholders on Visa’s risk solutions for Agentic Commerce.
