You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, drive adoption, and expand platform capabilities across Risk, Legal, Marketing, CS, and Engineering to deliver tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of products from idea to launch.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, workflows, or prototypes.
• Familiarity with technical environments: reading code, using Git, APIs, and command-line tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship within the Visa AI-powered product platform toolchain, acting as a daily user to identify friction points.
• Shape how we build products at Visa at scale, solving context management, adaptable workflows, and commercialization challenges.
• Improve the product manager experience by immersing in user journeys, adoption, training, and tool-chain contributions.
• Expand platform capabilities by collaborating with Risk, Legal, Marketing, CS, and Engineering to launch new workflows and agents.
• Use data to track adoption and usage, prioritize enhancements, and drive measurable productivity gains.
