Job summary

3dB Labs is seeking an organized Product Quote & Customer Support Specialist to help customers obtain accurate quotes for our products. You will gather information, prepare quotes, and coordinate with engineering, product, production, and sales teams to move opportunities forward.

You'll respond to routine questions, learn our offerings, and explain standard options to customers. Prior experience in quoting or inside sales is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes for 3dB Labs products and solutions.
• Gather the information needed to build a quote, including quantities, product options, customer requirements, pricing, and delivery needs.
• Work with Engineering, Product, Production, Business Development, and Field Applications when additional information is needed.
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify what they need and answer routine questions.
• Learn our products well enough to explain common options and help customers identify solution.
• Bring technical or unusual customer questions to the appropriate internal expert when needed.
• Review quotes for accuracy and make sure they follow company pricing and product guidelines.
• Follow up on open quotes so customers receive the information they need and opportunities do not stall.
• Keep quote and customer information organized and up to date in company systems.
• Help improve our quoting process, templates, instructions, and internal resources.
• Prepare basic reports showing quote activity, response times, and other useful information.
