3dB Labs, Inc. is seeking a Product Quote & Customer Support Specialist who is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to help customers obtain accurate and timely quotes.

You will gather requirements, prepare quotes, answer routine questions, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and Sales to move opportunities forward. Prior internal experience in quoting or customer support is a plus, but training is provided.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes for products and solutions.
• Gather information to build quotes: quantities, options, requirements, pricing, delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Production, BD, and Field Applications for details.
• Communicate with customers to clarify needs and answer routine questions.
• Maintain organized quote data and support process improvements.
